6. Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Refunds will be processed minus any administrative fees.
7. Liability
Skip Hire Norwood is not liable for any loss or damage to property unless caused by our negligence. Customers are responsible for securing their premises against unauthorized access.
8. Insurance
We carry insurance to cover accidental damage during skip placement and collection. However, it does not cover the contents of the skip. Customers are advised to ensure their own insurance covers their waste removal.
